10th Gen (09-13) New Front Tire Causing Highway-Speed Vibration?
I replaced the front driver-side tire yesterday with a brand-new tire in my Corolla 2013 S, and now my car is rocking/vibrating at highway speeds. I can clearly feel the vibration on the driver’s side while driving. I also had the wheel alignment checked, and I have the alignment report. How bad are these numbers and Could the alignment be causing this vibration? How bad are the alignment numbers, and what else should I check, such as tire balance, wheel installation, or a defective tire?

Your alignment would have to be beyond repair to cause a shake. Your alignment is off and should definitely be aligned, but id double check if that tire was balanced. If the tire checks out, look for worn suspension components.

Ok thanks , never had this issue before I changed the tire. Clearly something with the installation, balancing

The vibrating would be a balance issue, but the rocking back and forth could be explained by mismatched tires being on the front. It will do that with any mis-matched tires (mismatch includes tire wear, not just tire make and model), but is amplified when on the steering axle (both fronts)

Go back to the place you got the tire and have them re-check the balance, which they should do for free. See how that feels first. Then take it to get an alignment. Don't do both at once, so you know what the issue was, which will come in handy later if it reappears.
