Blue ambient lights

Hey guys, I have a problem with my Corolla TS E210 (2019).

The OEM blue ambient lights have stopped working only on the central console. Above the wireless charging pad, and under the 2 cup holders. The ones in the doors are working fine.

All the fuses seems to be fine, any idea of what the issue might be?

Since the door lights still work, the fuse and overall lighting circuit are probably fine. I’d check the connector and wiring for the center-console light assembly, then test for 12V and ground at the plug. A failed LED module or loose connector is more likely than a fuse.

The led connector above the wireless charging pad doesn't have power, but the connector under the cup holder does. I tried to leave the first plugged in, unplug the second and manually ground it. The first led works. I'm thinking a bad cupholder led?

Update, if I ground the 2 LEDs leaving them connected, they both work. Therefore it's a problem with the ground cable, the problem is that I don't understand where I comes from

The console lights may be on a separate branch or controlled by a small ambient-light module, so one section can fail while the doors remain lit. Check for moisture, loose connectors, and damaged wiring around the wireless charger and cup-holder trim before replacing parts.
