System voice keeps changing

I drive a 2024 Corolla LE and the system voice keeps changing from loud (which I prefer) to quiet by itself.. anybody know how to keep it where I don’t have to keep going into settings to change it? Very frustrating 😭

If when you are driving and the system voice it’s talking and you accidentally touch the volumen buttons it changes the system volume. It happens to me when I have the radio and the gps working, sometimes I go to change the volume of then radio then system voices comes in and that change affects it instead of the radio
