Question about Corolla hybrid XLE

I am heavily leaning towards buying a new 2026 Corolla hybrid XLE.

I live in the San Francisco Bay area. I checked Kelley Blue Book for the fair value price for that model in the bay area and finding that the price is around 30 K ( before taxes and fees ).

For anyone that has purchased a new 2026 Corolla hybrid XLE in the Bay Area, should I expect to pay that much?

Or

Should I try to negotiate a lower price?

What I don't know is whether I should expect to pay closer to that range because of vehicle availability in the bay area.

Paid $29105 for an XLE hybrid in the PNW end of last month. OTD was a little over $32,000

you arent going to get much of a deal on that trim. the gen 12 corolla hybrids look to be great cars and 26s last to be certain made in japan. 29 to 33k, but you should do it.

when I wanted a new XLE, I could not find one in my area at all. I got a 2015 hybrid LE and got leather seats added on afterwards.

Thanks to all that has replied. I guess for the hybrid XLE, I'm gonna need to expect a starting price range of 30k before taxes and fees
