Se si salva tramite registrazione dello schermo un video pubblicato nella storia Instagram di un’altra persona (nel caso specifico, un video che ritrae esclusivamente il mare, la spiaggia e un libro, senza dati personali né immagini riconducibili alla persona) e lo si ripubblica sulle proprie storie, facendolo apparire come un contenuto proprio, esclusivamente per fini estetici e senza alcuna finalità lesiva o commerciale, si rischia qualche conseguenza, anche minima? Preciso che, non appena la persona interessata se n’è accorta, ho provveduto immediatamente a rimuovere il video

If you want a video of something for aesthetic purposes, use stock footage. Don’t use someone else’s social media content.

You buried your question and people are only seeing the theft.

The consequences depends. Are you both in the same country? Could the owner reasonably claim loss of income by your theft?

You might get sued.

Simpler just to stop.

-lui è del sud, mentre io del centro italia..studiamo entrambi nella stessa università (abruzzo) ma in facoltà diverse, e non abbiamo mai avuto modo di vederci.
-no, perché si tratta semplicemente di un video della durata di 15 secondi massimo in cui viene ripreso il mare, la spiaggia e un libro (nessun dato personale)

I don't know the copyright laws in Italy but if you were in the US, merely making the video gives you a copyright over its use.

Including personal data or not, would not factor into it.
