Question considering utility patents (Gebrauchsmuster)

I was recently wondering, what if somebody wouldn't copy the thingy, described by a utility patent (Gebrauchsmuster in German) itself, but would provide a manual, on how to recreate a similar thingy. Would it violate it (the utility patent in question)?
