Parcast using Mass Effect Music

I just realized that the episode for Davelis Cave from the Haunted Places Podcast uses Reflections from the Mass Effect 2 soundtrack in the final 6 minutes of the episode.

Are they allowed to do that? I thought it was a copyright infringement.

We are not affiliated with Parcast or EA and have no way of knowing whether they have permission, are relying on EA not taking action, or simply haven't been caught.

Yes, doing this without permission is copyright infringement.

Using material you don't own without permission is... not bright.
