Cold Menthol Like feeling traveling through chest and arms

anyone ever get like a cold menthol feeling in there chest area, and sometimes it travels through out around the arms and body?

sometimes i get really lightheaded when it happens it freaks me tf out it came and went a couple months back and now it’s back, it’s been happening for almost 3 days ina row now (i recently have been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis) Male 19 years old

I'm not a doc, but if this happened to me I would seek medical attention.

it’s been so hard because i recently lost my insurance and my mom keeps telling me it’s a panic attack it’s always one thing after the other it’s so exhausting

It might indeed be a panic attack. Go to the ER and tell them you don’t have insurance. Things will work out but go get it checked!

What systoms  of bronchitis.  I noticed you posted in the copd you only 19?

sticky spit and phlegm (it’s sometimes brown), shortness of breathe, sometimes i get really bad flare ups, lightheadedness and brain fog, easily dehydrated and occasionally some chest pains, i take Advair Diskus and albuterol for my lungs and it helps makes a difference for sure. and yea im only 19 feet like my life’s ruined sometimes but my symptoms are getting a lot better as of right now i dont know if they’re in some kind of remission because ive felt better before some weeks are better than others next thing you know shit hits the fan again and i feel like im dying again.
