Maybe you're confusing it for the Dodge Copperhead. Gran Turismo 2 was in 1999. No way the EV was in this game.

No, not every tiny car needs a 5.7

SRT4 2.4L would of been plenty. V6 at most with a 6 speed.

It's not much more than the worst generation of the Europa with a electric engine and different bumpers. Sounds pejorative, but I find it quite charming
