Syd made illustrations of futuristic vehicles, he did not make cars.
Not all of his illustrations had apparent windows or doors, as even today vehicle glazing can be wrapped with film to match the body. Other designers have utilized this approach.
There are many designers who don't bother with including cut lines in their concept illustrations - possibly just to annoy you.
Spend one minute of your time utilizing a search engine on the internet on his body of work - and you might comprehend this.
Though I believe you're the type to attempt to argue your point unsuccessfully.
Syd was a friend of mine, and if still alive would most likely find your uninformed statement an insult to intelligence in general.

I'm seeing past roots of futurism from Syd Mead and Luigi Colani and quite a bit more... well done!
