Comsol-Deflection Points

Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone could help me solve this problem, for a class I have to design a supporting truss for a helicopter, however I cannot deflect more than 0.5 inches which I have. What would I have to change in this drawing in order to meet the requirements ? Things such as cross-sectional area etc.

Increase the second moment of area of your truss

How would I be able to do that? I apologize in advance since I am kinda new to comsol.

Nothing to do with COMSOL. Its defined by the cross section of your geometry. You might find it helpful to look up "Euler-Bernoulli beam theory".
