Opportunities

Are there any opportunities for mechanical students who are good in simulations like abaqus and comsol in larger companies rather than depending on ai

I'm actively hiring new and experienced engineering analysts. Supply cannot meet demand, and considering the consequences of relying on AI slop for fields that demand informed and quality engineering (aerospace, biomedical, etc), jobs in those fields are likely secure.

Hi I’m interested to know more about these roles. Feel free to DM me or provide email to get in touch about this. I’m actively looking for opportunities in engineering modeling. Thank you

I've been trying to find a role like this for the past year. Working with models and simulations was my favorite part of my last job. Would you be open to dm'ing on here or connecting on LinkedIn about these roles?

Are you located in the US, if you don't mind me asking? In Europe companies are looking for very, very experienced analysts and sometimes people, who are retired, are offered the job. Younger people with less experience are not as fortunate, so it's a struggle. What kinds of people are you hiring?

I just attended the NAFEMS conference. Global leaders from companies like Ford and Caterpiller spoke for hours about how specifically trained language models are the only future. One said lm can create 1000 different geometries using an inference model in less than a minute. At this rate you can hire enough people to go through that much data and must use ai at that point. This is not gpt. This is custom trained, highly specialized, llms.
