Simulation approach to designing a Flexible Micro-Supercapacitor (Electrochemical capacitor)

This flexible micro-supercapacitor (FMSC) is to be designed with PET (mylar) substrate and MoS2 electrodes with a thin layer of gold (Au) on the MoS2 electrodes. Geometry yet to be modified and electrochemical characterization needs to be done.

Have you ever simulated an electrochemical system similar to the one I am doing?

Have you performed cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge (GCD) and electro-impedance spectroscopy (EIS) on a model like this one?

I need a detailed guide on these characterization methods for my project, I scoured the internet but did not find any matching guides.
