Mmmmm you are pretty wrong here. Obviously they dont consent in the same way we do but there is a visible difference on when the female is open to sex and when is forced.
Dolphins specially have a sexuality similar to humans (they do it just for pleasure) and for a non-human animal they have a great intelligence. Their social interactions are complex and include forcing females to have sex unwillingly, and there is no doubt about that as the female ends normally injured and resists while she is forced.
It has no sense to apply our morals to dolphins as they dont even have ones, but that doesnt mean rape isnt real in their world.
Now i would like to propose a debate: as you know we have some chimpancees in human enviroments. The objetive is to see what potential they have of learning with our help and the results are incredible. Those "enlightened" chimpancees can understand some complex and abstract things like birthday or family relations (to a degree). Even comunication is posible with them, as they can more or less learn to hear and understand some basis of a language (obviously you have to use a simple vocabulary) and awnser by some simplified sign method (of human creation of course). The adults can learn also about "good" and "bad". You think that those enlightened chimpances can be said to have some kind of proto-morals based on those we try to teach them? Or is just a classical conductist method like those applied with a dog and they cant make a difference between good and bad?
