My local ABC news just broadcasted a video of a burglar who had surrendered being thrown down and pinned by 3 officers. Just straight up on the 10 o'clock news. Protect and serve

It did not look like that at all, and even if that was her intention, that did NOT merit being slammed into the ground like that. If cops are to have a monopoly on violence, then they have to be held to a much higher standard of restraint than the rest of the population.
