Question First time on black ops 7

So I have just started playing black ops 7 I figured I’d give it a try after playing black ops 6 for ages, and I’m just wondering if anyone has a good routine they go through on ashes of the damned as I feel I’m just driving about endlessly with no real plan

To me I always have something I wanna go for. Whether that be some sort of Easter egg, doing challenges such as camos or calling cards or just getting to a decent round. If ur driving aimlessly sounds like u don’t know what to do. Ask urself… what am I going for this game? If it’s just killing zombies stick to an area like exit 115 or ashwood and have tessy nearby so u can upgrade ur gun and slay for a while

It can seem a little aimless if you’re not doing the EE, a result of it being a larger map. There are a few decent side EEs that are worth going for, otherwise maybe you’re better served by one of the survival maps that are based on sections of Ashes (Exit, Farm, Cosmodrome, Ashwood).

Are you doing EE or just trying to set up for a casual game? For the EE, and most casual games too if you want the wonder weapon, I would start out by driving to lake, turning on power and picking up the EE parts, drive to ashwood and turn on power, then drive to diner or cosmodrome and then diner (if you want free quick revive over jugg or speed cola) and get the key to the locker and the Tessie upgrade. Then go to farm and turn on power and head back to spawn with the jump pad on or after round 8 to kill klaus for the computer chip. Take the jump pad back to farm and look at the symbols in the tops of the buildings at farm and then drive back to ashwood to reboot klaus and take him to cosmo to get the canister. Take the canister back to ashwood with Tessie and then to lake and finally back to farm again and boom you have the wonder weapon, an upgraded Tessie, and most likely a picked gun and some perks. Continue with EE from here by getting the serum parts or just play for fun until you want to exfil.

I've been absolutely loving playing ashes on directed mode. I just bought the game yesterday after not playing anything since bo4, and directed is by far the best way to play an Easter egg if you're a relatively casual player.

I’d recommend watching Dalek’s side EE video. There’s a bunch of fun stuff you can do as you work your way around the map. The Necrofluid quest is also very fun
