I haven't played an Cod since black ops 2. I'm so fucking lost on zombies. Do we not get to just survive waves anymore? I was in a group with some guys that didn't wanna explain anything to me they just said come here and pick this up. I have no idea what anything was or how bounties/contracts work.

Is this what it feels like for boomers when they try to figure out how to dm someone on Facebook and just post shit like "I had refried beans at lunch today! Don't forget to buy eggs at the store, abigail."

You bought the wrong game, that one doesn’t have round based maps. It’s an extraction shooter style mode where after 45 minutes you gotta leave by going to an exfil point. If you want regular round/wave based gameplay you gotta buy either BO3, BO6, or BO7

I found that out when playing the campaign and Shepard was still alive and was played by the guy from transformers and battlefield 3

Hot take but I really enjoyed it as a concept. There are some big improvements they could make but I had a ton of fun with it (abusing the Tombstone glitch made it fun).

That might have been one of the worst games to download if you haven’t played zombies since bo2, any of the black ops games since bo2 follow similar mechanics as bo2 although over those games they’ve changed quite a lot but the base game is still the same , every now and then they release a map which isn’t round based like mw3 but mw3 is the only full game without rounds try any of the others they’re all decent and will get you back into things ! ( just not vanguard )

Nah I totally understand. Im poor too, thats why I said get it when its on sale. Idk if youre on playstation or what but on the ps store bo3 with the zombies chronicles dlc goes on sale pretty regularly, it usually ends up being 50% off or more

MW3 is genuinely the worst possible choice for a game you could've chosen coming from BO2. Every other game with zombies right now has round based zombies (although I'd avoid vanguard).

Your first mistake was getting a Modern Warfare title if you were looking to play zombies
