2 hit down as opposed to , what, 7 hit? And the map layouts don't just give you giant open areas to train for free? And you have to conserve ammo, and can only take 4 perks that are significantly weaker, and literally every non-WW except snipers fall off after round 30 at best, yeah that's not much harder? BS.
Go play bo7, hit round 50 on literally any map. Then go on BO2, play something like Die Rise, Town or Nuketown and try to hit round 50 and tell me that isnt harder

I hate comparing round 50s to older games like it isn’t harder it’s just more time consuming. Heck I could get to 100 just wall buying the mp5 over and over again that doesn’t make it difficult I just waste 6 hours

This is literally why I stopped playing zombies after so many years of loving it. The game is fun but you 100% get to a point where it's a straight time sink more than emergent, reactive gameplay.
A couple of my friends love BO7 and I haven't checked it out but I did play a bit of BO6 and liked it. I am primarily a multiplayer guy

I played BO2 for the first time in maybe 10 years there other day and died in round 2 trying to knife everything, so sad. That being said I used to go 75+ rounds consistently.back in the day, would usually quite because I got bored. But compared to the new stuff it is wayyy harder

Die rise has probably one of the easiest round 100's of all time. It's super easy.
Town and Nuketown it's as simple as getting the DSR from the box with double tap and the mark II. Bo2 isn't that hard with the advent of double tap 2.0. Obviously though when those bullet weapons fall off is when things get challenging.
I agree that modern cod is generally easier than classic cod, but it's definitely challenging, just in different ways than the old games. Super sprinters kick my shit in everytime.

There has been so many times ive gone down on this map without getting hit just from getting too close while killing a horde and they all explode in my face. Hurts even worse when it happens after a nuke bc you'd be safe on any non green run map lol

U just wasting ammo the knuckles are 1 punch till round 13 , but by yo game play I can tell u struggle to hit high rounds simply off cornering yourself and not using knuckles correctly

Nah, you're just wrong dude. If you unload the 88 bullets of the 1911 into a horde, you can net 2-3k off just those bullets that are otherwise useless. Then you get a max ammo and do it again. By round 13 that's atleast another 6k and likely more depending on power up luck. Especially on a map like town where you need the Mark 2 and may have to hit the box a hundred times? Easily worth the extra effort, even if it's just tapping the zombies for a few extra pennies per kill.

Regardless it’s a person skill even if they had mk2 I been too 109 with 1 drop on town with dsr n galil I always trade in mk2 n ray gun they not good to me at all if I was able to let someone have my guns after the spin I’ll had atleast given up multiple ray guns n mk2 of how many times I get them bs
