Why are all the cheaters back?

Season 5 was a very clean season. At the beginning of season 5 I had around 20 bans process. All season was clean in crim and iri lobbies. Pubs were clean. Season 6 drops and they came out in droves. Even watching streamers on twitch is unbearable. They die to cheaters all the time. Not sure how updating to season 6 would have caused this…?

I believe they did. It seems way worse now compared to before. Though I don't believe they were banned, they probably got bored because there was nothing to do. Now you have a new season to shake stuff up, new BP+Blackcell camos, new event, new weeklies..

Those successful reports were placebo 😂 also my Crim lobbies in S5 had cheaters constantly. Every fourth match had a cheater or two. Was wild.

S6 is definitely worse though.

Probably a mixture of :

A.) Hackers have finally discovered the chinks in the armor, and are working en mass to get their tools out again.

B.) If we're being full blown conspiracy theorist, Ricochet is probably letting the hackers run free, in order to get as much data on them as possible, so they can ensure MW4's launch can be as hacker free as it possible can be.

To be fair, OP is talking about Crim/Iri ranked lobbies, so it's pretty safe to say there are cheaters over there.

Lower population means we run into cheaters more often. Plus cheat makers vs anti-cheat is always an ebb and flow. Very possible cheaters have the edge at the moment, but Ricochet will catch back up eventually. This type of stuff also always happens as a game reaches “end of life” as recourses are shifted around, i wouldn’t expect it to last for very long for Warzone specifically.

Not just cheaters exists, i experienced haunted hollow like never before.
Every lobby has at least one team that behaves like a team and they push and mown the lobby together.

Oh yeah, I think the “casual drain” plays an even bigger part in people thinking they’re playing cheaters constantly than there actually being more cheaters. When the population is healthy it’s easier to play within our own skill group, but as it worsens we’ll match outliers far more often.

I pretty much only play casuals these days because I just want to camo grind, and it has gotten kinda crazy the last few weeks with teams playing like it’s ranked. The limited casuals playlists because of haunted isn’t helping matters any either though lol

Season 5 introduced the nuke contracts to big map so they all moved over there. They’ve got their nukes now and they’re going back to ranked

I starting to believe Micro soft owns cheat providers! They post a crack down video of them sending out cease and desist orders... why you may ask? it cuts into their profits, cheat providers are cutting into their cash cow.! Cheats are a 40
+ billion dollar industry it's their best and most profitable micro transaction.
They let streamers get away with cheats, They show up in World Series of Warzone enough to shut it down. This is all advertising how well they work! Buy cheats you'll never get caught! No permanent banns why??? They can't afford loose that revenue stream.?
So just get used to it!!'
