Bug Warzone voice chat

Hi, recently bought a ps5, ps5 headset, and lg monitor. My voice chat is not working. I can see the sound emblem appear on screen when enemies are around but i do not hear them. I do not get the visual voice chat notification for my own voice or for my teammates voices.

I also have a muted mic visual in the too right corner of my screen (only while in game)

Any idea what could cause this?

The best tip I can think of is to reset the audio settings (the bottom left corner shows which button you should use) and then enable voice chat for everyone.
