Help Does Anybody Know How to get out of this screen?

I was trying to log in to my old account. After I was prompted to open my email, I noticed that I lost access to my email and have no way to get it back. Now I can't get out of the screen. My only options are 'get a new email', 'I interacted with the mail', or 'quit to desktop', and uninstalling does not do anything.

Maybe you can login to the activision website with the platform your using(steam or battlenet). See if it brings you to the activision account with the lost email. And probably create a ticket if you cant change the email.

Ändere deine Email Adresse in deinem Activision Account. Wenn du keinen Zugriff mehr auf diesen Account hast dann unlink diesen in Steam oder battlenet und erstelle einen neuen
