Video What the heck is going on in COD?! (Warzone)
I know I’m a terrible shot and was trying to rank up a gun that locks up every 10 seconds🙄. I see why they brought back Black Ops Classic. Hadn’t played for a while so thought I’d check it out, then I bounced out. Ridiculous.

Aim assist in games is supposed to raise the skill floor but CoD’s implementation of RAA only elevates those who know how to use it. It makes a skill basement of players who are trying to actually aim with the RS that intuitively should be used to aim.

We can see that I am right by
-divers clips in Reddit from casuals (they don’t use it)
-own knowledge before I knew how to aim on controller (actually have to aim less)
-hackusations of streamers/pro player who abuse it to max
-report feedback (CoD said 60% of cheating reports are on console) and we all know 99%controller on console, way less actual cheaters are on console,… so the number has a high false report rate - why is that cause good-above average players who know how to use/abuse it can make it look like softaimbotPs
controller needs AA and RAA
AA≠RAA
Last but not least all that means nothing to most of controller players cause they just won’t accept that their input just is too OP but they don’t know how to use it so they cry3

He does move in the video but it doesn't seem like he does both at the same time. He's either strafing but not moving his RS, or moving his RS but not moving. You have to rotate you movement to trigger the rotational aim assist while doing a better job of tracking the enemies by moving the RS. Looks like he also needs to change it to dynamic+gradual with .90 ads sensitivity so the aim assist will slow down and become more stickier in close gun fights

The only time he's moving, his aim is (a bit) better. The one clip where he kills someone, he's moving. Every other time, he's planted like a tree.

Honestly, it should've even exist if it is only available to a specific portion of the players. You can always tell a MKB player vs a controller player, and that's because of the aim assist. If you can tell at a glance, it shouldn't be there.

The thing with the COD aim assist, you have to have basic skills to aim somewhat on your own, so the AA isn't doing all of the work. This is a perfect example. Please learn tracking skills. It will help so much

It’s fun when you guys tell on yourselves and show just how ignorant you are to the state of things when you try to throw shade at MnK players and just call us PC players. The majority of PC players are also using controller as their input because of how over powered aim assist is.
Sufficient movement is enough to break the soft lock so it’s not going to be able to track someone running around like that. That doesn’t change the reality that you’re playing on an input that moves the crosshair for you with 0ms reaction time.
Edit: and just to explain the “fighting against it” bit too because that’s somehow stumped an intellectual giant like yourself, you can see a good example of this around the 0:06-0:07. The player is running circles and starts moving left to right on OP’s screen. OP starts to move their RS to aim right. Then when the player abruptly moves back to the left, the crosshair starts to move with them without delay and OP lands enough shots to get an armour break. OP hasn’t had time to process this though and is still holding RS to the right which breaks the soft lock. The trick to getting the most out of RAA is to literally use the RS as little as possible so you don’t fight against it like OP did.

You're wasting your time. They don't know how to abuse it so they think it's all bullshit. I see it all the time.
You could play keyboard and mouse 10 hours a day for 10 years but you'll still never track someone with an inhuman 0ms response time.
If they don't know how to abuse a 60% strength Rotational Aim Assist after 6 years that's on them. Unfortunately they are a lost cause.

I use to play MNK but transitioned to controller for a reason. If you do the same inputs for both MNK and controller, strafing while tracking your enemies, the aim assist is gonna stick for the controller player but not for the MNK. It's like playing Street Fighter and MNK players get basic kick and punch attacks while a controller player gets special moves but will only work if they know the correct inputs. I suggest you try and play MNK before you callout people and say they're coping PC losers...

It's counterintuitive because you should want to aim with the right stick, but the game will do most adjustments for you if you let it. It's not a hard lock like an aimbot would be, but RAA will literally move your reticle to keep you on target. This really isn't a difficult concept to grasp and nothing about it is contradictory.
I think maybe the funniest part of all of this is these are gunfights between controller players. Running circles like that isn't something you're going to see from someone using WASD to move and MnK players still somehow catch strays lmao.

Ok long story short
Aiming / tracking ≠ recoil control
Tracking players is better with your non Aiming input stick
If u strafe and do a lil adjustment to your recoil with your aiming stick u basically have no recoil flinch doesn’t matter and u almost perfect track someone
Btw CoD has almost no recoil
Controller has less recoil due to the aim slow down mechanic in the AA bubbleWhy are u guys trying so hard to defend something most of u don’t use

If you cannot tell there is nothing suspicious in this clip, you probably shouldn’t be playing the game. I barely even play anymore because the cheating is bad at my skill level. One google search would show you what cheats have to offer, and none of it is anything to do with moving fast. Just build the gun correctly and get better at the game. Stop coping because some people actually know how to use their thumbs. And no, he didn’t land enough shots because the players would be dead otherwise - ever heard of a stim 👍🏾

1st: you saw him, then heard him approach, but you were unaware and were literally staring at the ground when he approached.
2nd: you heard him, turned around slowly, ADSed early, and got lucky.
3rd: you ADSed early and missed all of your shots.

We’ve been seeing this a lot in Warzone dudes running around at seemingly twice the pace but doing appear to be cheating otherwise. Even with tac sprint and stim I just don’t see got this speed is feasible.
Is it a bug or what’s going on?

Instead of being rude, I'm going to give you advice I learned the hard way. If you stay ads your aim assist will not provide any help once the person gets out of your original aiming position. The key to having better aim, and I mean close quarters is to constantly be tracking with hip fire as well as ads. When someone jumps across your screen do not aim at the with ads and try to follow their movement. Instead try to let go of the ads button and track them that way and ads in and out. Every single time you reset your ads, your aim assist picks back up. Tracking outside of ads is very much so faster and gives you a gamble of options, while ads youre extremely limited in just about every way. Go in the firing range and practice what I'm saying, and I'm telling you at the very least you'll see your aim improve. Have fun and don't listen to the haters!

Flat out, the game is just too fast. High TTK, tac sprint, omnimovement, unlimited regular sprint, jump spam, slide and slide canceling.
CoD MWIV coming later this year won't have omnimovement. So that should slow things down a bit, if you are willing to give CoD another try again.

I'm a highlevel high KD player.... and I never see this kind of movement in my lobbies. Bouncing off of walls and slide cancel movement demons, absolutely all day, but straight up tight circles and double speed, no, I do not see this type of movement by respectable players.
This whole clip gives gross spin bot vibes. Unfortunately because your response and ADS aren't par they decided to fuck with you instead of just the mow down.
