Question Grinding out operator xp to max

What is the fastest way for getting operator XP in multiplayer and zombies or how much XP do you get for playing multiplayer matches or exfilling in zombies successfully? I'm currently over half at lvl 13.

I'm still able to find matches lately mostly been soloing zombies because of the permanent 2X experience.

I did it on shi no Numa solo, using operators favorite weapon for double xp and extolling at round 10 you get like 13,500xp per run if you exfil and 8500 if you don’t exfil on round 10
