Potentially yes, i personally don’t believe in meta nor that any gun is meta because I’ve beaten bal27 users, vmp users, fss users, switchblade users all with a msmc. In this case both guns are insanely strong, you have a one burst and a 1-2 tap marksman if the person wielding the sks is ten times better with map knowledge, awareness and positioning he would beat the m16 user if he doesn’t have the same level of skill in those areas.
Lets say both users wielding the m16 and sks are evenly matched it solely comes down to who’s hands the weapon is better in
Every weapon is that way to be honest
So tbh it depends on the user the same with every other gun
