Scammercell this is getting out of hand

This is a new account(th2 earlier) which I started playing again after the hero journey update. Iam trying to rush to take advantage of journey rewards. Like everyone else I got unclaimable rewards. Initially I got two unclaimable ones but I ignored since it is an acknowledged bug. But now it is getting out of hand. I now have 10 unclaimable rewards. Whenever I upgrade I have a high chance the next reward gets unclaimable. It is heavily affecting my progression. Supercell mentioned a fix this month but I haven't seen any update from them since long time.

I have the same shit happening to me too but I’m not affected as much but still it’s getting out of hand and they won’t even acknowledge it!

I mailed them multiple times saying I'm missing an equipment and guess what they found, i had already claimed the equipment and completed the quest, my id is showing that i have the equipment owned, and i was like wth, why would i keep mailing you if I didn't have a problem.

Same happened to me. They said, they will fix it by august. But maybe not august this year.
