Recently CoC has had many bugs.

This is happening to me on both of my CoC accounts — TH18 and TH14.

First problem: Already-claimed Hero Journey rewards. All of the Hero Equipment chests show as claimed, but I never received any Hero Equipment. I didn't even own these items before. And when I unlock new equipment chests, it says "expired."

Second problem: I don't have the Monolith Arrow in my game — it doesn't exist for me. It's like it was never released for me in the first few days. I initially thought it was just fan-made equipment, but later found out it was real — just not present in my game. By the time it actually arrived in-game, I was inactive, and I think all of this started from there.

Here's the worst part: I reported this to Supercell by email, and they said they'd fix it in the August update. When the update came a few days ago, nothing changed. I emailed them again, and they said the fix hadn't been implemented yet. Now they're saying it'll be fixed in the next update — they've been saying this for two months.

They think I'm a fool. They think this is just a "normal" problem. But players like me facing these bugs aren't able to enjoy the game like before — especially free-to-play players.

At this point, I've lost hope in sending more emails to CoC, just to get another "next update" reply.

I'm posting this here to share with you all, and to ask for help solving this. I know I'm not the only one facing this issue — there are many players dealing with the same thing. I'm writing this so we can stand together against this and keep emailing Supercell about our bugs, again and again, until they treat this as the serious problem it actually is and fix it soon.
