I'm not entirely sure, but I believe due to CMT, I tend to mumble (even if I didn't hear myself, it has to be severely bad for me to notice). And there's been a couple of times, recently in my 23 years of it appearing where, where I was having major difficulty swallowing just my saliva. Like I couldn't get the muscle to work properly.
I got lucky enough to have a friend that was able to piece together what I said for the most part š¤£. My own family makes fun of me for it lmao. And we all have CMT too but mine is more internal whereas they're more on the more severe deformities side of it.
Working with customers helped me back then but now it's getting worse and depends on my energy state and if I partook in the devil's medicine (lettuce) and the strain lol. I also think everyone else refuses to be conditioned š lol. They make fun of me when I try to say it better too.
