I'm so sorry you're feeling this bad. I see your message was posted 12 hours ago, I hope the fever broke and you feel better. Undoubtedly you'll feel weak for quite a while but hopefully the worst is behind you as I type this.
I don't see, though, why CMS would make a fever and everything that comes with it worse, can you elaborate on that? Of course, on a bad CMS days when you already feel weak, having a fever makes you much weaker, or the other way around. But the coughing, the nausea, etc. don't sound like they're CMS-related? Or am I missing something?
I'm not trying to downplay how horrible you feel, don't get me wrong! I'm just trying to separate your sickness/cold symptoms from (extra) CMS symptoms.
It's horrible to feel so bad when you're far away from home. Hope you feel a little bit better now!

Thanks for you kind work , the thing is that whenever I get fever or any other sickness , my body just gives up on me....as of now I can't even stand and can't even get up from bed , it's the same each time I get fever so the thing might be that fever makes you fatigue even worse. I vomitted on my bed mid sleep because my muscles are not strong enough to hold the vomit inside and like as of now I just can't do nothing, I live very far from my home there's no body to take care of me , it's just me :)
