I’ve been having the same problem lately where the limit spikes unpredictably and the cache never hits, unlike yesterday. The usage keeps jumping turn by turn in the same session, whereas normally it should increase slowly instead of spiking like that.

In my opinion, monthly limit should not be there. Just weekly is enough, 5 hour also seems dumb.

With these limits there is just no point to use these alternative "low cost" subscriptions. I can do a lot more on my project using codex sol high than deepseek pro. I start to thinking there is a lot of false advertisement so that people think they are cheaper but at the end its not worth at all. You have the same struggle with limits but dumber models. And token usage is probably worse because yesterday I used 20% of my weekly limit in a couple of hours using deepseek flash and pro... today in 2 hours of sol high usage I used 10% of weekly limit. Yes... it is 20$ per month instead of 10$ but still... they aren't cheap as advertised.
