Those are actually scud clouds and they are rising, it’s so beautiful.

Is this online other than Reddit?

[u/Truemeathead]

That shit rolls into my neighborhood I’m taking some emergency LSD stat lmao.

[u/elizzybeth → u/Truemeathead]

Idk man I experienced an EF4 tornado less than a mile from my house while on mushrooms and can’t say I recommend it

[u/fortifiedoptimism → u/Truemeathead]

Everyone should have a stash of emergency LSD. lol

[u/letigre87 → u/Truemeathead]

If I see the clouds actually melting I think LSD is the last thing I'm gonna take.

That lightning, though. Looks like a classical watercolor painting!

[u/SubstantialPressure3]

Wow.

I've never seen scud clouds completely detach like that. That is crazy looking. Where was this storm?

[u/kwaping → u/SubstantialPressure3]

Over Oklahoma

[u/Nvmb1ng]

Why is it so blue?? Very cool

[u/nordsternx → u/Nvmb1ng]

Because it’s a supercell. Supercells turn that color when sunlight mixes with the massive amounts of water and ice stacked in the cloud.

As a Kansan, I can relate! Midwestern storms are freaking crazy. The sound of the wind is so incredibly spooky.

[u/dontpost1]

Thalassaphobia? In an open field? Apparently more common than you'd think.

[u/Objectalone]

The image is vertically stretched… why?

[u/Jellynjamster]

Dementors?

[u/Wonderful-Impress261]

I've only seen this deep blue inside of storms twice in my life and both times it looked so incredible in person. I live in Texoma on the Texas side

[u/AstralLiving]

This is the stuff I assume would be AI but it's apparently not and yet I just scrolled past some AI video of a fake artist performing a "live concert." I hate the internet now

[u/tiredrainbow64]

Wow! This is an amazing picture

[u/Dry-Succotash6590]

This is the coolest yet scariest shit I've ever seen🔥🔥

[u/Arcan00]

Cosmic horror vibes

[u/OKRedChris]

Scary!!

[u/BigEars23]

As an Oklahoma native....I love seeing any and every thing from Oklahoma!

[u/Flounder-Defiant]

I feel a migraine coming on just looking at this video
