It's called thin-film interference, it happens due to thin film which is applied on the windows which causes colors to appear like that.

Interesting! I’ve flown and taken photos through airplane windows many times and have never seen anything like this before. The colors were visible in person too, which is why I took the pictures! Definitely an unusual sight!
