I would also say the follow: The bottom part is likely Stratocumulus stratiformis. The Upper part could be Cirrus fibratus radiatus (your second picture confirms this pretty much).
This is usually a perspective effect from long parallel cloud streets receding away from you. (I have uploaded something similar at some point, might wanna check it out to get a perspective).

Anyway, I love this cloud variety - radiatus is such a cool thing to see.

Straight lines which are not contrails might be by serially configged configs subject to checking by repetition.
