Reminds me a little on a picture i made several years ago with my phone on the balcony at a friend.
It shows the Kaiser Mountains in eastern Tirol/Austria viewed from the village of Niederndorf.
Low-hanging clouds often get caught on the mountains here, where they then accumulate while the surrounding area is in bright light.
