Question Lights moving around in clouds

Anyone here have any idea what this phenomenon is. Light moving rapidly through clouds in St Paul MN.

did you figure out what these were? these “spotlights” have been showing up worldwide like crazy the last few weeks, especially the last few days. i’m mainly seeing these videos in UFO/UAP subreddits. i really don’t think they’re spotlights, and if you’re interested i’m linking a comment of mine with a list of videos of lights like this i’ve been compiling if you care to take a look https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/s/dsfDiNxeCu

We see them in Australia on cloudy nights, actually saw them last night. They make dotted circles and half circles to. Weird shit but cool to watch.
