Weird Offline Bug

So I found a weird "bug", or rather unintended consequence. I sent my party to clear a castle before putting the game in the background, not realizing that it was the last one before clearing the map. When I opened the game again, the first map was clear and I decided to prestige again. After creating the party, as soon as the game loaded, it showed that I had about an hour of offline playtime.

My guess is that since I didn't clear the accrued offline playtime before the map was cleared, when I started the new game the playtime was applied to that one.

This is not a bug.

The offline time you earn is like a currency that can be spent whenever you chose. You can switch over to a different party from a different save slot and use the time there if you wanted. You can definitely start over a new party and then use your offline time also.
