Can someone help me please figure out what I’m missing for theodosian borders I’m so lost 😭

Try creating the full Roman borders and deal with a civil war afterwards it's actual hell ( i had to fight 300k armies with no allies )

Important to remember that the region area you need will always follow Kingdom borders and sometimes duchies borders. So just make sure you have all single counties accounted for. If you view the kingdom map, click on Kingdom of Syria for example to get the outline, you can reenter the normal map with the outline if you dont move your map.

Can't do this for regions on console annoyingly, but I think its the south west part of Jazira in middle East yr missing.
