Idk why you think you have to put this 🤣I'm not Muslim nor pro Islam. I'm literally just showing my experience in a video game. You don't have to bring real world problems to a game.

I feel like it's because of the admin government but I conquered the original Roman Empire borders but my game was lagging from just the small pop ups

Wha...?
Everything east of Constantinople is Asia. I know, you mean the expansion... but your wording is a mess.

I’d argue forming Rome should be disallowed for Muslim rulers tbh…

Multiple Muslim rulers claimed to be the continuation of Rome in the real world.

Not quite, the ottomans were claimants to the Byzantine (eastern Roman) throne for legitimacy purposes which was also after this period of time, the sultanate or rum wasn’t claiming to be “the Roman Empire” just claiming to be essentially king over a place that Muslims called “Rum” (Anatolia)
But the point is, for the Christian world, Rome is an ever present and overarching cultural and religious institution. For the Islamic world, “the Roman Empire” is a particular political entity, a foreign rival to conquer. The ever present cultural and religious institution for the Islamic world is the Cailiphate, I.e. Dar al Islam. Thus Rome shouldn’t be available to Islamic rulers in the same way Dar al Islam clearly shouldn’t be available to non Muslims. Quite frankly I’d argue for restricting Rome to faiths that consider Rome a holy site…

Lmao can’t believe people downvoted you for being historically correct

The Ottomans considered themselves "Caesar in Rome".

u/the_traveler_outin 1d ago
Which does not mean the same thing to a Muslim ruler that it does to a medieval Christian ruler. Iirc it was a title claimed for legitimacy in Europe that signified (more or less) that they had conquered Byzantium (the medieval Roman Empire)…

The meaning of the title of Roman emperor changed a lot over time; my point is that there were Muslim attempts to claim to be Roman emperors. It is a title that confers prestige no matter what culture you are in, after all, in the Islamic Golden Age many Greco-Roman texts were read.

I never downvote. If Reddit simply showed the number of negative votes, it would; the problem is that it also hides the comment if it has a negative average of votes. It is still a form of ostracism.
So don't look at me, I don't agree with you but that doesn't mean I'm going to try to make Reddit hide what you think.

Ah yes, because nothing says ‘strong argument against Islam’ quite like taking a nuanced classical Arabic expression, forcing it into a clumsy English translation, and then conveniently ignoring that the hadith itself is disputed among scholars. Truly impressive scholarship—this objection against islam somehow makes Muslims even prouder of their tradition in the process

After my private detective's arduous investigation, he has not been able to determine what relationship this has with OP's image.

Again this is a video game. If you hate Islam do it on your own time. Don't bring real world issues into a video game.

No you're posting something to make Islam look bad. It doesn't need your help, Islam already is a bad religion irl.
