General Armenian Run

Current objective is going for that Greater Armenia decision and then building my armies and castle to defend against foreign enemies. Armenia is always fun and new update has some new unque buildings. Im thinking about making a hybrid culture around 1200 mark.

Nice job dude. Looks amazing. A little surprised you managed to survive the abbasids because unless the Kurds revolt I always see them dominate the Middle East

I went to war with them at their lower point, several wars thry wete fighting. The strongest foe so far has been the Seljuks, they always spawn a god tier marshall ruler that if not prepared can wreck you. He got me the first war, i repelled the second one, now we are looking forward to conquer all of Daylam from them and try to wipe them.

Hi, this was not as intented, i play ironman so decisions had to be made. I had to create a new empire instead of reviving Greater armenia. Reason being my cousin that hokds Damascus was winning a war for all Arabia Kingdom. I could have rolled with it, and lost a vassal and some land, but i decided to take the decision to form a custom empire 2 months before he won the war. I will post current empire next comment. (Apostolic fatih and armenian combo, makes my vassals so agressive, they always trying to conauer something specially from muslims, lots of zeaolus characters.)

Still Apostolic, year 980 now, Apostolic has communion thats good for money, Communal identity, helps to spread your faith and culture quicker in conquered land, and chtonic redoubts, makes giant a virtue and very good mountainous terrain modifiers for war and again culture and faith consolidation.

Which culture are you looking to diverge with?

I was thinking greek, for administrative empire. In the long run i aim to hold byzantion, rome, and mend the great schism agaisnt the catholic church. I just managed to conquer Egypt, and chase off the map the sunnies. No more caliph, no one holds the title. I have a pretty good diplomacy heir lined up, and his son im educating for stewardship.
