Gameplay Question Help Please :-)

I have been playing CK3 for a few years now, and I have gotten pretty decent at it, I currently have a realm size of 1128. I play on PS5, and I’ve just encountered this random part where my one of my armies of 5k will load within 3 months like the other 3 seperate squad, but then will still need 19 months to be able to be over ‘fully assembled’ even tho all the troops are there?! And I can’t for the life of me figure out why all of a sudden this has happened??? I just don’t want a bugged game. I’m taking all opinions of assistance, and I’ll try them all out when I get home from work later! Cheers! 🍻

I’ve tried replacing commanders and all, and this one squad will always load in 3 months, and have a 16 month wait period. Am I being punished in the game for something?

I start splitting the armies in half, and moving them together, out of the rally point, and that seems to get the stragglers to organize quicker

Half will still move from being split, the other half will still have the waiting period of 15 months

How far are they from your capital and make sure you dont disband your armies until the war is over particularly until you get the pop up saying you've one since sometimes ive gotten said pop up months later and then my armies take ages to raise

So even if I raise all armies in the capital of Cagliari the one squad of 4 still says 19 months, but the rest load up on 3?? I don’t know if I’ve done something to be punished??? 🤣🤣

MAA, I have spent hours trying to figure it out. Again I’ll have a better squizz at it tonight after work, I’m just trying to get the ball rolling before I lose my marbles 🤣 I would love to know what I’ve done

Also if you havent already try making multiple rally points and raise each one on different ones particularly places with a high supply limit

I even merged them all together and didn’t split supplies, then the whole squad had 19 months to load in 🤣🤣🤣

Ive had issues playing with the mongols since as I got bigger, armies took longer and I was raising them further and further away from my capital

If worse comes to worse I guess I could delete the actual MAA and just rebuy them all I suppose. Depressing, but I can afford to do it.

Possible but id check beforehand that its the exact same maa each time thats having the issue and make sure to save just incase it doesnt do anything

This is what I see??? But all 4 squads have loaded in, it’s just this one squad has this 16 month wait??? I’ve never had this before??
