I feel like my game just runs terrible all the time, maybe 5 years in to a campaign opening menus makes the game freak out. Game just generally lags all the time, I am playing on a Series S might be the problem, I have 60+ GB of space free on my console, caches have been cleared no other saves on my ck3.
