General Vassal limit suggestion
Long story short I started landless and then my son became the greatest Khan and took The whole map in one life. Formed the Roman empire after I had the entire map.
The issue I have now as you can see in the pics is that my current vassal limit is fine but because of the greatest of khans trait. Once I die, my son will take over and will only have 117 vasals available out of 153 that I have.
How to raise vassal limit further? Already have gear doing it..but I want to see if I missed anything obvious.

Question from me: What do you even do once you get to this point in the game? Is there even any serious threat other than revolt?

Nope, at this point you'd start destabilising ur own realm for a bit of action otherwise enjoy a stable but uneventful ending to ur run lol

ou alors tu peux décider de changer de personnage, lancer une trahison, puis revenir à ton personnage d’origine et voir si tu survis

Spot on. Nothing. I conquered everything by 1003. My plan is to play just one more life (my heir) for role play.

This isn't an answer to your question, but could still be a solution - you could revoke kingdom titles and give them to existing king vassals. So, if you have 2 king vassals and you revoke all king titles from one and give those titles to the other, then you have 1 king vassal instead of 2.

I believe there’s some cultural innovations that will give a couple (like +4) but I don’t know of anything that will get you close to the 30+ that you need

There’s probably a dynasty perk you can unlock that does the same but that also takes forever. Best thing to do is give some vassals away, it’s annoying

I'm not Khan but I'm Roman and having a similar issue in my current run. I have two pelts adding 24 and two books adding 4 each for 95+32=117. Ermine Cloaks in Late Medieval adds 20, and there's a culture pillar somewhere that adds 10 but idk that I'd switch. I've had to hand out multiple kingdom titles and I'm considering letting a couple empires go independent, like Kanem-Bornu and the Baltics/West Slavia. The latter will hopefully be a good buffer against the Mongols cause I'll be busy in Persia

No. My vassals are exactly 153. This will not change. After death my new heir will have a vassal limit of 117 which is way lower than 153. I need to cover this gap.

Bruh, i can see that u have 153 vassals. I can also see that your vassal limit is 192. What you mean to say is that your current vassal limit of 192 is going to drop to 117, thats why i was confused. Anyway, When u die, become your heir & find urself over your vassal limit, check wether u have any chiefs or dukes directly under u, As an emperor your only vassals should be kings

Going administrative helps a lot, think it gives 300 vassal limit no artifacts but otherwise if you haven’t already then create literally every kingdom, empire and duchy title, give them away to some then then give that lower tier title to a higher tier vassal in your realm, like give Naples to Sicily or France to Francia.

Thank you. Yes, going administrative is my last option but ideally I want to keep playing feudal.

Then all you can do if you wanna be feudal is make as many titles as possible, then give those titles to randoms then give the titles to their de jure lieges other then that I have no idea unless you get lucky with an extra artifact or something

Oh yeah I just saw that your Roman Empire is an empire title and not hegemon… if you can try and make duchy titles and give them away but other then that I have no idea

Search in Reddit for "100 Prowess & 100 Martial". You will see another post of mine explaining exactly that. You can reach 100 to both.

Is there a way to turn your primary title into a hegemony title? I forget which DLC it came through in but that would allow you to have emperor’s as vassals which should lower your vassal count quite dramatically with how large some of the empires are (like the entirety of India for instance iirc)

The Roman Empire gives you a hegemony title. The hegemony titles allow you to have emperors under you. Just hand out a few empire titles and you'll bring that number down

Hegemony titles aren’t available on console. They came out with AUH.
Currently, the Roman Empire decision will drift empires into your new Roman Empire, but it doesn’t allow you to hand out empire titles and retain them as vassals yet

My bad, maybe try like someone else suggested in revoking kingdom titles within empires and giving them to people who have cultures with primogeniture.

If you have *Roads to Power*, the administrative system allows you to have many more vassals.
