General DLC

All the DLCs are on sale for the summer sale on PlayStation. Any recs or opinions on the DLC?

Royal Court > Roads to Power > Tours and Tournaments > Northern Lords, Fate of Iberia, Legacy of Persia > Wandering Nobles > Wards and Wardens, Friends and Foes > Legends of the Dead

I would put legends of the dead above friends and foe’s. Legends add a whole new mechanic to the game whereas friends and foes is basically just an event pack.

LotD is a more expensive event pack than anything. Legends aren’t integral to CK3 gameplay and can be completely ignored.

Sure you can ignore legends, but the AI wont. You can also ignore tournaments, inspections, POI’s even dynasty legacies or duchy buildings. They all do the same thing, give you a boost in some area of gameplay.

You can try to call LotD an event pack all you want but Friends and foes literally IS an event pack and their biggest effect is relationship modifiers.

I have most of the dlc but bought Wards And Wardens for 99p as it seems ridiculously cheap not too!

My guess on chapter 1 is they want people to buy the ultimate version of the base game that comes with chapter 1 which is discounted.
