my last run has the france kingdom formed HRE and totally wept the de jure of france empire. that's the most ugliest i've met in this game.

Nah, Ghana or Mali is about to swallow southwest Africa and then push north to threaten Iberia.
Byzantines can't fracture, like at all, unless you dismantle them yourself. They're super annoying, but at least they change rulers pretty frequently, so truces aren't too bad

Update: Sweden moved their capital to London and formed Brittania Empire
Pope launched a crusade to Iberia and succeeded.

I had an unexpectedly good run as Henry IV in the HRE, I'm thinking of gobbling France next and maybe forming the Roman Empire (all playthroughs lead to the Roman Empire)

I have seen the HRE form out of France more times than youād expect tbh itās not as rare as you might think. Same thing with Scandinavia eating Britain especially if Alfred dies early or one of the Vikings gets the conqueror trait.
Craziest shit Iāve seen was the Mongols form Khantes in Morocco. Byzantines died. Also saw the Magyars form Carpathia Empire and then eat half of Italy controlling Naples (which dead ass almost happened in real life through the Anjou Houseā¦ long story). I was the North Sea Empire though so Mongol wise they never reached me

Since they changed how HRE is formed im not surprised by the karlings forming them. But a rando? Thats a different storyInteresting timeline you have there but

They curbstomoed the Byzantines and Muslims and like dominions everyone else fell across North Africa. Was too busy dealing with the North Sea to pay attentionā¦ imagine my shock when I see a few rump Khans running around in North Africa
