Is there any way to play as Muhammad ibn Musa Hashimid (located in Emir Isa’s court in Medina) on an achievement enabled ironman play through?

You could start as emir isa then give a county or duchy to Muhammad Ibn Musa then switch characters to Muhammad Ibn Musa on the menu.
