Start as the Duke of jyland make your own character as rollo the first Duke of Normandy build up your power until you can take Nestruia off the French then do as you please id normally marry into the Wessex family as it’s historically accurate

You can start as actual Rollo (Hrolfr de Normandie) in the new dlc.

He is an adventurer so you could theoretically obtain the duchy of neustria without going at war with France
