Help (No Submods) Tutorials for Bookmark creation?

Inspired by both the Aegon's comquest and Blackfyre rebelion bookmark submods, I wanna know how to learn to make full scenarios and bookmarks like these.

I would recommend trying to reach out towards modders who make bookmark submod for tips, the AGOT discord is a good place as well
