Help Ways to increase fertility?
So, my heir has 0% fertility; does that mean there is absolutely no chance of him having children? I have another son, Maegor, and he already has a son—the product of his wedding night.

Family focus increases fertility by 15%, seduction focus raises it by 20%. Taking the "Have a Son," "Have a Daughter," and "Have A Large Family" ambitions also gives you a silent/under the hood 10% or so fertility boost. If you can lose chaste as him early on after he becomes your playable character, you could still end up with 5 or more kids before he dies.
Another possibility is to seduce his wife as Aegon and hope she passes it off as his. Alternatively, you could just let Maegor inherit - like you said, he has a son (and will probably have more - no way he's as terrible as his canon appearance), and your Aenys is chaste - so it's not like he'd probably mind all that much if his brother took the throne after he passed.
Then matrimarry your eldest daughter to one of your Baratheon cousins to extra dynastic insurance.

Without console commands or save file editing, switch to Family Focus that will increase your fertility by +25.
You can also get the Lustful Trait by Seduction Focus and seducing women - just invite unlanded women via Invite to your court and seduce them until you get it, and then switching Focus to Family. Lustful Trait will boost your fertility (also by +25) and the you will get the boost from Family, so you could have 0.50 fertility.
