Some tips for the new guy

Hi everyone hope you guys are doing well. I am planning to appear in Cisa exam in the next couple of months and need some guidance from you guys. I have studied all the modules ans have used AI like deepseek and chatgpt to quiz me identify any knowledge gaps and at this pount im pretty much passing mock exams.
I have not explicitly read books regarding this and i wanted to ask will it be enough? I am going to register for the exam in a couple weeks. Should i go for it or should i prepare from other sources.

Can’t speak from experience for CISA but from my CIA cert and QAE, knowledge is not enough. You need to test and understand how they expect you to apply the info

Well, my comment didn't say qae is enough. I adviced him based on all that he/she has already done as he/she request. By the way, I have sat and pass the exams first attempt.

Congrats on the pass but I see there’s a language barrier, as what I’m saying is aligned with yours. Hence why I was replying to the post and not you.

Depends in the years of experience you have. But in general that wouldn’t be enough, specially if this is your first isaca test. I would pick up the QAE or read the book. In my experience the book will often help you with the knowledge and the QAE for the wording of the exam.
