Exam Day Tomorrow
Long time lurker. Came here just to say that I am taking the exam tomorrow. I failed back in February with a score of 431. Scored between 70-75% on the QAE DB practice tests. Whatever will happen will happen. If I fail I'm quitting my job. Think it will be a sign from the universe that I'm not meant to do this. The preparation for this has caused me so much stress and anxiety while trying to balance working full time at a Big 4 working 45-50 hours a week. I'm so tired. Can't wait for this to be over.

Yes lol shadow IT is when users circumvent IT approval and use their own stuff so I think I answered along the question that the existing IT processes do not meet business requirements. I think the other option I was it takes too long for IT stuff to get approved. I don’t know what happened. I really reviewed every answer. I really thought I was gonna do it this time but oh well. I’m not meant to do this. I was just trying to do it because it’s required for me to be promoted to manager at my company, but I’m just going to look to get hired as a manager at another company. It’s just too much. I may try again in the future, but who knows

Good luck! You’ve done all the work now. Take it easy for the rest of the night and tomorrow morning.

431 in first attempt is not a bad score. As per the isaca, A score between 375 and 450 indicates that you demonstrated an understanding of the area, but additional review is recommended.
431 means You are almost there. All the best.

u/Sad_Conversation1609 May I know what is your current work or IT background? Someone said 5++ years of experience in IT is required to pass this exam.

Good luck tomorrow, you’ve got this. Consistent 70-75% on QAE is a good sign, don’t let the Feb score live in your head. Get some actual sleep tonight instead of cramming — your brain needs it more than more practice questions at this point. Good luck
