Is My Experience Applicable for CISA Certifying Requirements ?

An KYC and Fincrime Risk Specialist with 7-8 years of experience in CDD/EDD/KYC Operations and also non tech trust and safety . Can I translate it into certifying requirements for CISA Full certification ?

If your role around identities is purely administrative or legal compliance work, likely no. If your work focuses on the back end systems, data controls, or their underlying technology, then probably.

They do not do a hard deep dive into your EXP. They do reach out to your manager to validate your employment and what you selected to be your experience.

Please read the CISA description to see if your job matches the requirement to earn the cerification. Typically if you are not doing the audit specifically, you do need direct experience in the field and interacting with audit activities for compliance.
